This course is an introduction to computer graphics. Over the course of the semester we will look at 2-D graphics primitives, clipping graphics objects to a limited size screen, transformations to modify graphics primitives, how to represent 3-D objects, and how to convert 3-D information into 2-D images. Over the course of the semester, each student will build a comprehensive 3-D rendering enegine in sequential weekly projects. Students will be generating images every week, and each student will developp a portfolio of their own to be presented at the end of the semester.
