Bio

My research focus is on supporting source code reading and comprehension by modeling user behavior and eye movement during software development. I started my teaching career at Hamilton college, where I taught Operating Systems and Wearable Technology among other topics. I received my PhD from Kent State University in 2020, where I am a member of the Software Development Laboratory (SDML). My dissertation focuses on modeling eye movement control in reading source code, and my research interests include eye tracking, program comprehension, and software engineering. For more information about my research check my Google scholar research page.
